We have been working with the developer for many months on the design and specification of the high quaility development.
TV, Satellite, Voice and Data throughout the 14 apartments and office area. Multi room AV and lighting control is specified in all apartments.

Swaylands | Penshurst
"History in the making", a truly
unique development of 28 refurbished apartments in a Victorian mansion house,
set in 50 acres of parkland.

Working with the Developer on two previous projects, New Wave Audio Visual have been appointed to design and implement the Multimedia Infrastructure for the apartments in the Main House and Estates Gymnasium.
All units have multiple feeds from the Integrated Reception System for Digital TV, Radio & Satellite services. Network ready cabinets are installed for Data, Broadband & Telephone services along with Multi Room Audio & Automation cabling.
The original show home apartment is fitted with a High Definition Cinema, DVD storage unit and Multi-Room Audio system, all operated via Control4.
We are now working on the Clock House, Drummond Hall and Woodgate Manor projects within the grounds, bringing the total number of luxury apartments to 55. We are also working for many of the Clients as they have occupied their property.

Private Client | Sevenoaks
Over a few brief meetings with our client, the design was agreed. This single room system included a stud wall design to build in a plasma, speakers and feature lighting.

- 5.1 Surround Sound Audio Visual Receiver
- Plaster-In-Wall Loudspeakers
- 6 Channels of Controlled Lighting
- Source equipment - Sky HD, DVD and Music Server

To control the audio visual system combined with the lighting control was simple, using a custom programmed remote.

Herons Lea | Kingswood (Completion due early 2009)

A contemporary open plan property built to a high specification in excess of 5000 sq ft, with Multi Room Audio Video and Home Cinema Room.

The Home Cinema room included:
- 60" High Definition Plasma Display
- Full Surround Sound Speaker System

The Multi Room Audio Video System is throughout the property, so every room has access to the central music store and can also access DVD and view the CCTV.
Simple control of the whole system is via Control4, with party modes programmed so at the touch of a single button music is on the ground floor, including the patio. This feature was highly used by the selling agents to demonstrate the Multi Room Audio Video System.

Private Client | Keston Park
The brief from our client was to keep the choice of technology used in their refurbished home as discrete as possible and user friendly for the whole family to use.
We installed a multi room audio system with a hard drive based music server, this had a seamless connection with the families Local Area Network. The technology was complex, but the user interface was simple enough for the younger family members to use.
The main home cinema room comprises of a 43" HD Plasma Display Panel with 5 fully controlled lighting circuits (4 downlight circuits and 1 lamp circuit), all the source equipment is housed in a audio visual cabinet, other rooms had a mix of 32" and 26" LCD displays. Discrete speakers were used to the patio and pool area.

The roof terrace has access to the Audio System, main bathroom fitted with Aquavision & a 50" cinema system to the lounge.

"The property comprises a linked development
of three exciting new homes".
Working closely with the Developer, Architect and M&E Contractor we designed and installed an Integrated Reception System offering all digital services to 31 Rooms, along with nearly 100 network points.
Multi-room audio was installed to 48 zones across the 3 units including all en-suites and terraced areas, Video distribution is installed to 31 zones.
A Home Cinema Room comprising a 2.4 metre screen, a HD ready ceiling mounted projector and full surround system, is installed in a dedicated room.

Concealing technology is one of the most important parts of any system design. We designed this multi media system to include a motorised 50" plasma display, 5.1 speaker system and equipment rack housed in the bespoke cabinet. The cabinet was constructed from solid oak panels & detailed to match other furniture.

Source equipment included, Sky HD, DVD and Playstation 3.
The room also has 3 circuits of controlled lighting.

This is one of our largest streamed audio systems in 2007 with 12 zones of audio, 4 zones of DVD distribution from a multi disc system and a 60" plasma for the family room.

Rubicon | Romford
"The property comprises of 24 luxury apartments and penthouses".
Working for the main M&E Contractor we designed and installed an SMATV Integrated Reception System offering all digital services to 24 apartments.
Satellite distribution along with all other digital services were taken from our main IRS multiswitch to all rooms within each apartment.
Multi-room audio was pre-wired in the penthouse units ready for client occupation.
